Massage In Dallas Texas
I graduated from Texas Massage Institute in 2000 and have four years of experience as a massage therapist. I specialize in the following types of massage: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Sports Massage, Trigger Point, Pregnancy and Reflexology.

It is my goal to provide all of my clients with outstanding service as I help them achieve a better quality of life. People often ask me how I like being a massage therapist. My response is, "I love it. If I'm not helping them with a chronic problem I'm at least making their day better." It is my desire to help people feel better that drives me to be the best massage therapist I can.

faq's
Q: What can I expect during a massage?

During your first visit you will receive a brief consultation in which what type of massage will benefit you the most. You will be expected to fill out an intake form that will ask basic personal information and a brief health history.

Each of my massages are in a climate controlled room. I will play relaxing non associative music. If you have a particular relaxing CD that you would like to hear during your massage, feel free to bring it.

I properly drape my clients at all times. I use hypoallergenic massage lotion. My massage table can be heated if you so desire. I also have tempurpedic padding to ensure your comfort, and I always use clean, fresh linens.

All of my massages are purely professional. I follow guidelines set forth by the Texas Department of Health. Any inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and any sexual solicitation will be reported

Q: Do I have to completely undress?

You will be asked to undress to your own personal comfort level. I have clients that keep on their undergarments and I have some that completely disrobe. I want to empahsize that I drape my clients always. My clients comfort is what is most important to me.

Q: Is there anything I should do immediately following my massage?

Drink a lot of water. A massage will release metabolic waste from your muscles into your bloodstream.

Q: How often should one get a massage?

One should get a massage as often as you feel like you need one. Some clients with chronic issues will get a massage a couple times a week, whereas some who get massages as a special treat will get them every couple of weeks. This is entirely up to you. I will be more than happy to make any recommendations based upon our consultation considering any specific issues you might have.

Q: Do you accept insurance?

No. However I will provide a written receipt for you to turn in for claims upon request.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

At this time I only accept cash or check payments.

Q: What are your cancellation penalties?

I enforce no cancellation penalties. I understand that life happens and sometimes we must cancel appointments. However, chronic "no-shows" may end up having a hard time confirming an appointment with me. I just ask that my clients respect that the time I hold for them is time that I cannot offer anybody else. Thus, the earliest cancellation notice you can give would be greatly appreciated.

Q: Do you sell gift certificates?

Yes. Gift certificates are available.
